A proud native of Craig and long-time Grand Valley resident, I bring a unique blend of academic excellence, entrepreneurial grit, and deep-rooted Western Slope values to every transaction. My professional foundation began in education; I earned a B.A. from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science from New Mexico State University. My graduate research and published thesis in Exercise and Sports Science reflect the rigorous analytical skills and attention to detail I now apply to the real estate market.

Since 1990, I have navigated the complexities of business ownership, transitioning into real estate in 1994. With over three decades as an active investor and "flipper," I possess a practical understanding of market value that only comes from years of hands-on renovation. As a Probate and Divorce Real Estate Specialist and published author on the subject, I provide empathetic guidance during life’s most challenging chapters.
